Mindy Tran's witness stories : Randle Redl. This is an extremely suspicious death. The first person to report to the RCMP regarding a man carrying
a suitcase on Aug/17th/94. Mr. Redl may have been the most
important witness in this case. He was found shot in the head at the same time
that Shannon Murrin was being arrested. Mr. Redl likely would have identified the suspect as
Shannon Murrin. The RCMP have classified this death as suicide. His associates
claim that this is completely out of character, Redl was a well respected
reputable person, a Real Estate agent, member of the J.C's, engaged soon to be
married, no incidents of depression, no reason to commit suicide. Mr. Redl appears to have been
instructed by the RCMP not to speak of what he had seen. At the time, very few
people knew that Mr. Redl was about to be a witness in Mindy Tran's abduction,
and no-one knew that the suspect he was about to identify was an RCMP agent who's
handler was in charge of investigating the murder. There fore no motive
was known at the time to indicate any thing other than suicide. Redll gave his
statement directly to the lead investigator, Murrin's handler. The death of
Randel Redl needs to be reinvestigated as murder! What did he see and where?
What did he tell the Police and why was this statement never presented in court? Did he also report
the jeep
following the suspect at the same time? Brett C: Murrin's former bank robbery partner and known associate during 1994.
This man would have known intimate details of Shannon Murrin's past and present
activities. His associates completely suspect foul play. Mr. Hunt: The person that Murrin visited at midnight Aug/17th 94 reported that Murrin was
attempting to sell and transfer a
station wagon into his name. Murrin wanted to predate the transfer sales form. Alfred Nielsen: One of Murrin's main alibi witnesses. http://www.courts.gov.bc.ca/jdb-txt/sc/99/20/s99-2092.txtRCMP Const. Severson:
Attempted suicide. RCMP Cpl. Colin Johnston: This person washed the DNA from Mindy's
clothes under orders from Sgt. Tidsbury. Rob Holmes and Pat Dunn: Potentially two of the most important witnesses for the
crown against Murrin. Lured by Sgt. Tidsbury into committing an assault on
Murrin. Pat Roberts: |
